Amazon

Step out of the urban jungle and into a real jungle at Amazonico, DIFC’s three-story restaurant. The decor is a big part of what makes the venue so spectacular, with teal crushed velvet, orange leathers, and mariposas (Amazonian butterflies) found all around the venue.
Amazónico Dubai, DIFC Pavilion, Dubai, daily from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m. Tel: (0)4 571 3999. amazonicorestaurant.com
Shanghai Me

Shanghai Me, DIFC’s chic East Asian restaurant, is one of the financial hub’s most Instagrammable restaurants thanks to its ruby-red interiors and art deco details that are an ode to post-prohibition Shanghai. But the terrace, now covered for the summer, is where you’ll get the best social media shot, with the space decked out in lush greenery and bamboo detailing.
Shanghai Me, Podium Level, Gate Village 11, DIFC, 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Tel: (04) 564 0505. @shanghaimedxb
Ninive

Inspired by design features of Morocco, Iran, Iraq and Turkey, beautiful Nineveh is adorned in earthy colors with pops of royal red and leafy plants. The cuisine follows the same level of diversity and heritage from the Arab world, where guests can enjoy an expensive menu of authentic dishes.

Piatti on the beach

Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Piatti is one of the Palm Jumeirah’s most photogenic restaurants. Finished in nautical white and blue, brilliant magenta bougainvillea climb the walls of the indoor restaurant and alfresco terrace. A walk-in antipasto room is an extra Instagram moment. Chef Batuhan Piatti, a former Masterchef Turkey judge, has created a menu of Mediterranean delights such as cherry tomato burrata and sautéed Mediterranean mussels.

Flamingo Room by Tashas

This has got to be one of Dubai’s finest restaurants – you’ll spend more time gazing at the lavish decor than your dining companion, so much attention to detail is there.
